Our intake form, consultation booking and website fonts are provided by trusted third-party services, including Google (Forms and Fonts) and Calendly. When you use these services, their own privacy policies also apply. We share information with other parties only where it is necessary to deliver a service you have requested (for example, a referral you have agreed to), or where the law requires it.

Security and retention

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law or professional obligations, and then dispose of it securely.
